These figures show the overwhelming need to provide more opportunities for young people who struggle to engage in mainstream education or employment pathways.

We believe that apprenticeships need to go beyond skills training in order to give some of the most disengaged young people a chance to rediscover their worth and purpose.

Our restoration projects provide this opportunity: by being involved in restoration, our apprentices will be equipped both with a wide range of skills, and an assurance that their work is making a difference to others. By facilitating residential apprenticeships we will add to this the chance to grow through experiencing community, trust and responsibility.
